CTRAN was incubated by two experienced professionals; Ashok Kumar Singha, MBA (he has served in a senior position in the Strategic Change group of Pricewaterhouse Coopers and was a founding team member of BASIX) and Mr. Prabhat Panda, CA, a Gold Medalist from ICAI and a founder member of ABP associates. Both of them have 15 years of combined professional experience. The company works with a countrywide network of twenty associates specialized in various core business areas of CTRAN Consulting.

Under the able guidance of Mr.Vijay Mahajan, Chairman of the BASIX Group, CTRAN is making great strides in achieving its mission. The organization is registered under the Companies Act 1956 on the 12th of April, 2007 as CTRAN Consulting Limited. The company has its corporate office in Bhubaneswar and operates through its network offices throughout the country.
