Sangram, a Graduate in Mathematics, a Post Graduate in Public Administration (Utkal University), Master in Rural Development and CRMM from XIMB, Bhubaneswar has more than 11 years of experience in managing and executing development programmes in various capacities for, International Development organizations, Government and Private Sector. Has domain expertise in Governance, Health, HIV/AIDS, Rehabilitation and Resettlement, Social Mobilization, Rural infrastructure development, livelihood, micro-finance, Institutional Development, Decentralized Governance for about a decade. He is a keen planner with expertise in project appraisal, evaluation, impact analysis, resource planning and deployment. He has experience of working with some reputed agencies like UNICEF as Immunisation Consultant, Xavier Institute of Management (XIM), Bhubaneswar as Research Associate, and HIV/AIDS Coordinator & Microfinance Consultant with SARC Sambalpur, Odisha and Advisor-Regional Centre in Orissa Public Enterprise Reform Project (OPERP) a DFID assisted programme, P. E. Dept. Govt. of Odisha. He has conducted several capacity building and training programs for project teams, NGO staffs and key Government officials on Social Mobilisation, Immunisation, Pulse Polio activities, data analysis and information sharing. He has multi-sectoral working experience in areas such as Health (Immunisation and RCH), AIDS, Micro Finance; Livelihood Promotion; Local Governance; Rehabilitation and Resettlement of Displaced Families. He has good expertise in data base management and analysis. During his tenure with different agencies, he has served to clients of national and international repute viz. UNICEF, UNDP, DFID India, IPE, and Government of Orissa. He has experience in managing a team of people and producing outputs within a defined timeframe.
