Dr. Ashok Kumar Singha

Ashok is a graduate in Agriculture from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) and PGDM from Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar and PhD in Climate Finance from Utkal University, Odisha. He has more than 29 years of experience in managing research and consulting projects in various capacities for Government, International Development organizations and Private Sector. He specializes in sustainable development and environmental governance. His other domain expertise is in Governance, Climate Policy, Decentralized Governance, Institutional Development, Rehabilitation and Resettlement, Rural infrastructure development, livelihood, micro-finance, CDM and Climate change and economic growth projects for about a decade. He is a keen planner with expertise in project appraisal, evaluation, impact analysis, resource planning and deployment, project estimation, scheduling, tracking and implementation.

Ashok has worked extensively on climate change and sustainability issues. His expertise in this field includes Climate change policy, climate finance, development and implementation of energy efficiency and renewable energy policy/programmes, sustainable development in relation to energy and climate change, capacity building for JI and CDM. Ashok is a small-scale methodology expert and is also a part of the methane to market group. He worked with EII in the marketing of a portfolio of CDM projects in India and since then led 65 projects. Ashok was National Expert for UNIDO on climate change capacity building. Ashok has worked extensively in the CDM project cycle in different capacities for about 65 projects and has written extensively on the issues relating to power sector reform and climate change.

Ashok has been involved in several livelihood programmes supported by bilateral and multilateral agencies in Odisha and several other states of India. He was involved in the strategic planning and review of Western Orissa Rural Livelihood Project (WORLP); design and operationalization of Orissa Tribal Empowerment and Livelihood Programme (OTELP). Ashok has been associated with many policy formulation exercise e.g. PPP policy, IPR 2007, R&R Policy, PPCP framework, etc. Ashok was a key member involved in the formulation of Industrial Policy Resolution, Government of Orissa and supported the implementation of Industrial Policy Resolution (IPR) 2001. He has worked in several assessment assignments related to forestry, water sector reform, civil society. He was also the founding member of BASIX, a leading Micro-financed Institution (MFI) in India. He has founded Verve and CTRAN Consulting and has mentored some start-ups.

Ashok advised several bilateral and multilateral agencies on climate change and NRM issues on advisory role for the World bank, FAO and also served in the environment panel of CII.

CA Prabhat Kumar Panda

Prabhat Panda is a Chartered Accountant and co-founder of CTRAN. He is a fellow and a gold medalist from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has specialized experience of over twenty five years in rationalizing Investments, devising strategies, implementing systems and controls,devising business dash boards for decision making optimizing business performance with risk management, financial and operational review and structuring of back office functions.

Prabhat also specializes in providing consulting services on improving business performance to small and medium enterprises, Regulatory & Compliance Audits, Strategic Consulting/ Audit under GST, well versed in Tax restructuring and Advisory services for Personal and Corporate Clients, Audit & assurance functions, Business Re- engineering and Financial Statement Analysis & Reporting assignments.

He has been doing business and asset valuation for several public and private organizations. He has rich experience in the fields of direct and indirect taxes. His works in the field of insurance audit, stock exchange financial review and review of financial markets have significantly influenced operating procedures in these institutions. He has significantly contributed to the field of disinvestment and asset sale transaction management for various PSUs and private organizations. He has worked extensively in the areas of project appraisal, due diligence, project finance and transaction. He has worked extensively on institutional and financial risk assessment for several agencies such as Action AID, UNDP, DFID, GIZ.

Saroj Kumar Nayak

Saroj Nayak is pursuing his PhD in Anthropology. He holds a master’s degree in Anthropology from Sambalpur University and has 26 years of experience in project management, multi-disciplinary research, multi-stakeholder engagement, capacity building, facilitation, participatory approaches, grassroots engagement, ng, program /project execution, M & E, Social Development, and allied project management functions.

He has In-depth knowledge of environmental and climate change related concepts, theories, policies, and practices; Sound understanding of current issues related to climate change and environment at the sub-national levels (particularly of the region). He has managed and spearheaded many projects related to climate change adaptation and mitigation, vulnerability assessment, and adaptation, and resilience.

Saroj has worked on strategies (policies, institutions, financing), projects with multilateral and bilateral agencies, government institutions, academic institutions, non-governmental organizations, private firms.

Saroj has strong track record of policy, programmes and people leadership and has specialized expertise in social development, gender and inclusion across the economic and social sectors and expertise in poverty and inequality analysis, economic development and empowerment, social protection and voice and accountability.
Saroj also brings with him a great mix of project management and business development experience across complex programmes.

Dr. Hemant Kumar Satapathy

Dr. Satapathy is a Ph. D in Economics with more than three decades of experience in research, consultancy, capacity building, program / project execution, action research, M & E and rural decentralization. He has handled different projects sponsored by bi-lateral and multilateral international and national agencies like DFID, World Bank, UNDP, EU, NABARD, SIDBI, LWS, CAPART, CORDAID, MEMISA, MESIRIOR, CARITAS and BD in the areas of Climate Smart Agriculture, integrated water management resources, food security, climate change and institutional capacity development.

He was the team leader of Research and Performance assessment of NGO implemented Development Projects during his stint with XIMB. To his Credit Dr. Satapathy has conducted more than 35 Research Projects in the capacity of Team Leader and Principal investigator. He has experience on developing and designing Development Projects in LFA method. He has served as consultant to OXFAM, India and given critical inputs in establishing M&Esystem in four Development Projects implemented by the partner NGOs of OXFAM. Dr. Satapathy has also hands on experience in Development Training. His recent work focuses on climate smart agriculture, climate change risks, agricultural risk assessment, water resources management, climate change governance and allied issues.

Ashok Kumar Patnaik

Ashok Patnaik is a Graduate in Agriculture with Master of Agri-Business Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Ecology and Environment and Diploma in Marketing Management. He has considerable experience working on Climate Smart Agriculture and has more than 30 years of National and international experience in development contexts in food security, agriculture, rural and community-driven development. He has technical expertise related to institutional/governance issues, covering different sectors and is currently managing a portfolio of programs that include projects on Climate Resilient value chain development, FPO Promotion, Irrigation Water Management, Post-harvest Management, and NRM. He has successfully handled different projects/programs sponsored by international and national agencies like Food & Agriculture Organisation, Indian Financial Corporation, World Bank, Small Farmers’ Agribusiness Consortium, Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Inter Cooperation Social Development-DFID, Tata Trust, Action Aid, West Bengal State Food Security Agency, Assam Rural Infrastructure & Agricultural Services Society and various State Government Departments in India & Afghanistan. He has been involved in the climate resilient agriculture and allied projects in the areas of (i) Promotion of Farmer Producer Organization and Value Chain Development, (ii) Value Chain Analysis and Agri-Livelihood Assessment, (iii) Planning and Governance in Agriculture and Allied Sector, (iv) Capacity Building of Farmers & Extension Officers and (v) Irrigation Sector Assessment and Livelihood Planning.

Barendra Krushna Sahoo

Barendra Sahoo has more than 27 years of experience in development planning and management with expertise in Capacity Building, monitoring and evaluation, Impact Assessment, in areas of Climate Change, R&R, Livelihood and Rural Development projectssupported by bilateral and multilateral agencies.

Mr. Sahoo has experience working with projects and programs supported by USAID, DfID, The World Bank, UNDP, GIZ and other bilateral donors and INGOs. He has been associated with several projects concerning various Central and State govt. programmes and schemes and has a sound understanding of technical, social, and institutional issues: across sectors.

Currently, he is working on adaptation to climate change and climate risk management and has been providing support in understanding the impacts of climate change and adaptation measures particularly on agriculture and natural resource management (NRM), as well as on other cross-cutting sectors.

Dr. Radha Krushna Panda

Dr R K Panda is Post graduate and PhD. in Economics. As a social science researcher, he has been associated with a number of research projects in the field of Forest and Eco-system, livelihood expansion activities enabled through microfinance, and watershed development activities.

Dr. Panda was the Team Leader for evaluation of CAMPA Project in all forest circles of Odisha supported by Govt. of Odisha. He was also associated with the evaluation of joint forest management programmes undertaken by Berhampur and Ghumusar Forest Division in Odisha. Through AFC Ltd, Bhubaneswar, he had evaluated several watershed development projects implemented under IWDP, DPAP and EAS watershed programmes in Odisha. Through Bankers’ Institute of Rural Development, Lucknow, as a Senior Researcher he was associated with several livelihood research projects enabled through microfinance, financial inclusion, and institutional credit to agriculture. He has also been strongly associated with the impact of climate change on climate vulnerability of a cross section people owing to climate hazards and climate risks particularly in dry land based agro-economic system.

Apart from research he also taught Economics and Quantitative Methods to MBA students and MA students of ICFAI Academy, Hyderabad; Everonn Business Education Ltd (EBEL), Chennai). He has more than 50 research papers published in various journals, books, and monographs

Swapna Tripathy

Swapna Tripathy is a programme management specialist having experience in proposal development and transaction support. She has worked in the areas of project MIS development and programme management. She has handled capacity building initiatives and consultation workshops. She has a good understanding of the International Development agenda of bilateral and multilateral donors and possesses skills in desk research and report writing. She has extensive hands-on experience on HR initiatives including compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, training and development, and benefits administration. She handles the strategic HR, Business Development, and the corporate communication for the organization.

Tushar Kanta Dash

MrTusharKanta Dash is a seasoned livelihood professional having 22 years of experience in Agriculture and NRM based livelihood program. He has worked in DFID funded watershed program, Harsha Trust, Livolink Foundation (An Associate of TATA TRUSTs), Peoples’ Forum, Gratitude farm Pvt. Ltd, UNDP and NIRD & PR prior to CTRAN Consulting Pvt. Ltd. He has started his career at the grass root level program implementation and later handled the responsibility of capacity building of primary and secondary level, program planning, monitoring, FPO promotion, project evaluation and leading multi-disciplinary team. Lead Livolink Foundation as Executive Director for 3 years. Co-ordinate the national level program on System of Rice Intensification (SRI) and Diversion Based Irrigation (DBI) of TATA TRUSTs and provided technical support to the implementing partners in 11 states of India. Designed and promoted highly remunerative 0.5-acre Integrated vegetable cultivation model and organic Food Forest Model for small farmers. He has developed various booklets and Flip charts for dissemination and scaling up of innovative agriculture practices. The booklet on “Growing Crops with SRI Principles” and Integrated Disease pests management in SRI Paddy” was his important compilation.

Banmali Dash

Around 34 years of experience of working with government, non-government and corporate sectors in multi-lateral and bilateral projects. He has extensively worked on Renewable Energy, Climate change Livelihoods, Gender Mainstreaming, Institution building Monitoring and Evaluation. Over 17+ years’ experience of working in the financial and development sector with core competency in fund raising, management and implementation of programs across various states of India. Undertaken large scale programs on capacity building in the areas of women empowerment, agriculture, and micro finance institutions. Has worked with various MFIs across India, providing advisory and consultancy services to streamline their business practices and to ensure responsible lending
He has considerable working experience from grassroots to management level with Bilateral, Multilateral Organizations, International NGOs and Academic Institutions. He has hands on working experience of government liaison at state level, building relationships, and managing partnership effectively with state government, Institutions, departments, and various donor agencies. Mr. Banmali has extensive experience of field operations, leading large teams and multi-functional staffs, capacity building and trainings of various stakeholders, managing partnerships. He is proficient in program execution and management, HR and administration, financial management, grant management, development engagement, networking, and advocacy.

Chandrakanta Ojha

Mr. Ojha is a Postgraduate and PhD in Disaster Management. He is a geospatial technology expert with expertise in the areas of disaster management and climate change adaptation and mitigation. He has more than 10 years of experience in research, teaching and consulting projects in various capacities for Government, International Development organizations and Private Sector.

He has worked extensively on flood risk, landslides, climate change and sustainability issues. He was involved in vulnerability analysis and adaptation project under National Adaptation Fund for Climate Change (NAFCC) Odisha,and soil moisture conservation project under Odisha Mineral Bearing Areas Development Corporation (OMBADC). He has developed methodology and worked for Bamboo resource mapping under Odisha Bamboo Development Agency (OBDA). He has been an important part of ‘disaster risk management and planning and implementation support in the Indian Himalayan region’ project funded by Swiss development cooperation (SDC). He has worked in State Action Plan on Climate Change, Delhi. He has also worked in several other domains for handling remote sensing and GIS.

He has published several research papers in international and national peer reviewed journals and has also presented research papers in several international and national conferences.

Mr. Kader Mridha

Mr. Mridha has extensively worked on environment, climate change, social, forestry, and industrial development sectors. His expertise includes Environmental and Social Impact assessment (ESIA), Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG).,environmental and social compliance, impact evaluation, etc. He is conversant with climate financing options like GCF, NAFCC, GEF; global climate policy initiatives; clean energy technology and resource efficiency, environmental and sustainable natural resource management. He has hands on experience working with Bi-lateral and Multi-Lateral Organizations, State Government and Private Sector.

Mr. Mridha has 7 years of specific experience in carrying out more than 30 nos. regulatory EIA for industrial project and 7 nos. non-regulatory ESIA of infrastructure project. He has thorough understanding and experience of carrying out ESIA using AIIB’s ESSs, World Bank’s OPs, ADB’s SPS, IFC’s E&S Performance Standards.

He is well versed with BRSR conditions imposed by SEBI, CSR guideline outlined in Company Act/ Rules; and sustainability guidance and reporting framework like SDGs, ISOs, CDP, TCFD, SASB and GRI.

He is also responsible mainly for developing project proposal including research methodology, designing study tools, project management and report writing.

Dr. Glory Singh

Dr. Glory Singh has a doctorate in Agri-business management & strategy from KIIT University, her thesis was on “Organic Production System & Sustainable Positioning Of Kandhamal Organic Turmeric And It’s Export Oppurtunities.” Currently, she is the State Head- Project Management Unit for the Crop diversification program with Govt.of Odisha. She has a diverse background both in academia & consulting. She has been associated with CGIAR as a social scientist for various climate resilient agriculture project where in her work demonstrations included client bases of different state govts in the country, multilateral organizations and private firms. Her expertise sprawls into applying design thinking into solving critical problems in agriculture. Her experience with MICA, Ahmedabad as a senior researcher allowed her to conceptualize strategies in design thinking to solve local issues in sustainable & climate smart agriculture using global best practices.

Dr. Glory credits to herself approximately 09 published peer reviewed research papers on sustainable and climate resilient agriculture. She has been Part of the core expert -team in Indian Economic Association, led by NotedAgri- Economists like KaushikBasu, S.MahendraDev, Montek Singh Ahluwalia, &SukhdeoThorat. She has also been privileged to be the Special invitee on SDG’S by Chhattisgarh Govt. to discuss in their economic growth conference. (2019). She has been a VIP rapporteur 3 years consistently for the president of India at the Indian Economic association.

Her proven career in climate smart Agri-value chain & strategy research with tribal small & marginal farmers is quite credible & is par excellence. Along with the same, she has astute skills in strategic communications enabling dynamism, collaborations & co-creations in managing quite diverse teams & clients adds to the value she brings to the table.

Protusha Biswas

Protusha is a Postgraduate in Climate Science and Policy from TERI University, New Delhi. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from University of Calcutta. Prior to CTRAN, Protusha worked as a Research Associate in The Celestial Earth, Gurgaon. The Expert has experience in climate change research/ consultancy with a focus on decentralized climate change adaptation and mitigation, environmental management, and other related fields. Her recent works were Revision of State Action Plan on Climate Change for various states, which involved research on climate change vulnerable sectors, sector-wise planning of long-term climate resilient strategies, schemes, and policy analysis, water and gender study and capacity building for Disaster Risk Management. She has been working bilateral and multilateral agencies on various projects in areas of coastal management and environmental impact assessment.

Sitanshu Mohapatra

Sitanshu Mohapatra is a graduate in horticulture from Dr. Y.S.R Horticulture University and MBA (Agribusiness Management) from Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (O.U.A.T). Sitanshu has roughly 4 years of experience in the Inputs Industry & Consultancy sector in Planning, Management, Agriculture/Horticulture/Management, Program & Project Management, Capacity Building, Institutional Building, and Administration. He also has hands-on expertise in Project Management, FPO Business Plan Preparation, Project Staff Recruitment, Training and Capacity Building, Baseline & DPR Development, Progress Report Development at Different Stages, Promotion & Registration of FPOs for NAFED and SFAC. His work includes technical advice/recommendations that aid in the development, implementation, and mainstreaming of Climate Smart Agriculture. He has also worked with many farmers and trained them to adapt new technologies and organic farming. He has also been involved in market assessment and potential commodity identification, value chain analysis, agri commodity market linkage, technical support, training, and support.

Archiesman Basu

ArchiesmanBasu is a Postgraduate from the Indian Institute of Forest Management with specialization in Environment Management, and minors in Developmental studies. As an Associate Consultant in CTRAN he was involved in 2 National Adaptation Fund for Climate Change (NAFCC) projects and 2 state level projects with Odisha Bamboo Development Agency (OBDA) and Odisha Mineral Bearing Area Development Corporation (OMBADC). His work experience includes working extensively in states of Odisha, Himachal Pradesh, West Bengal and Assam. He is familiar with 5 languages namely Hindi, English, Bengali, Gujarati and Odia. Apart from field research experience, he has project level experience with statistical analysis, Impact Evaluation methodologies, GIS based applications and DPR preparation. His prior experience and future research landscape lies in the domain of converging developmental policies to tackle the offshoots of climate change and poverty.

Gulnaz Begum

Gulnaz Begum is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an associate member of ICAI. She has obtained a rich experience of over 3 years in reviewing financial statements of State PSUs, analysis of their financial statements, preparation of various returns for different persons both under the direct tax regime and the indirect tax regime, and handling cases of re-assessment under direct tax. Her keen eye for detail has helped companies in identifying areas of lacunae in the system and further strengthening of their internal controls. Her zeal for identifying hidden trends through financial and technical analysis and her rising concern for global warming and the drastic effects that climate change has on our lives, led her to join CTRAN Consulting as a Financial Analyst in 2022.

She has contributed to projects ranging from Climate Proofing for GiZ to projects like ERADA under the Environment, Climate Change and Natural Resource Management (ECNRM) programme of GiZ India. She has worked extensively in formulation of actionable business plans for FPOs to help the rural farmers make the shift from conventional crops to more climate resilient crops and in turn, earn better livelihoods for themselves.

Committed to enhance her knowledge base about financial disclosures relating to Climate change, she is currently pursuing the course on climate-related financial disclosure provided by the TCFD (Taskforce on Climate related Financial Disclosures).

Dr. Subhrajit Das

Dr. Das has a Post-Graduate Diploma in remote sensing and GIS from Annamalai University, a NAAC ‘A’ rated university, as well as a Post-Graduate in Geology. He has a PhD in Applied Geology, which focuses on environmental and climate change research. Subhrajit has researched extensively on climate change topics such as changes in water quality, soil, and sediments study, among others, and have put all of this information into his thesis determining climatic variance in the Chamoli region of Uttarakhand during the last 12 decades. He has published and presented a number of studies in reputed peer-reviewed publications, for which he has been recognized. Because he has GIS experience, he has been involved in researching and creating several geospatial maps and calculations using ArcGIS and QGIS. He is well-versed in ERDAS Imagine, which is a critical tool for creating LU/LC, NDVI, and other data and maps. Currently, e he is involved in several climate change projects such as SAPCC-Delhi, Climate Proofing, and WADI/TDF, all of which are concerned with past climate change interpretation and future climate projection in and around Delhi, Himachal Pradesh (with a special focus on Kunihar), and Odisha (Kuchinda and R.Udaygiri), as well as referencing the required skillful training to build the capacity of rural people on how to reduce the environmental degradation.

Komal Bora

Komal is a Postgraduate in Climate Science and Policy from TERI University, New Delhi. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Life Science from Ramjas College, University of Delhi. She has more than two years of experience and her areas of interest include Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation, Environment Management and Sustainability. She completed her summer internship from Project Planning and Implementation Division, Quality Council ofIndia New Delhi. As part of the SWACHH MP” Project she was involved in – Field Assessment: assisted in managing partner relations and working with stakeholders for theimplementation of field operations and Initiated and conducted various activities to spread awareness to clean the city andanalyzed the data. During her stint with ATREE CERCAlappuzha, Kerala she was involved in identifying the key changes made in the CRZ regulations. Her current projects include Enhancing Rural Resilience through Appropriate Development Actions (ERADA) Climate proofing of watershed (WDF) and WADI (TDF) supported by GIZ. And SAPCC Haryana and Delhi. Prior to CTRAN Komal was associated with Climate Change Research Institute (Delhi) as Research Scientist.

Pratikshya Prodar

Pratikshyais a Management Graduate in Agribusiness Management from Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT), Bhubaneswar. She has done her graduation in Fisheries Science from OUAT.She has experience working with Bilateral, Multi-lateral and Govt. organizations. She has good knowledge and skills on Kobo toolbox software. Her major projects include State Action Plan on Climate Change, Haryana, GIZ’s Baseline Study of GV fish and the impact of climate on aquaculture, NHM’s Evaluation and monitoring of hospitals run by NGOs in PPP mode. She has a strong capacity to manage teams and undertake research surveys. During her MBA Programme she did her internship from APICOL and JAGRAT Foundation and has visited many rural work areas during her internship and master’s programme.

Debabrata Mandal

Debabrata Mandal is post graduate in Social Work from Utkal University of Culture has over 28 years of experience in the field of Climate Resilient Agriculture, Social development Decentralised Governance and CSR. He has vast experience in the diversified field of Livelihood Promotion, Disaster Risk Reduction, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, micro-enterprise promotion, He was also involved in multi-lateral project like LWSI (INGO), CSR-Aditya Birla, Catalyst Management Service and Sutra Consulting, He worked in various levels with WORLP, ISGP, PACS, NCA, National Fertilizer Limited-Bijaypur, KUSP, Urban Local bodies, EDUKAN and KKS-BMZ-Germany. He has also extensive knowledge and experience in community development and capacity building, and institutional development He also worked in “Making the Right to Education Reality Mohanpur, West Bengal” supported by KKS-BMZ-Germany. He also served as State coordinator for DFID supported PACS2-Impact evaluation Programme and Strategic Planning about the scaling up West Bengal operation. He has been awarded as Best Self-Help Cooperative by Nuapada District Administration during January 2008 and “Prakitimitra”-Bhuinpani Watershed by Government of Orissa during June 2007.

Upendra Panda

Upendra is a postgraduate in social work and a Science graduate from Utkal University has over two decades of years of experience in conducting various social development research projects. He has expertise in Qualitative & Quantitative Data Collection (through Structured/Semi-Structured Questionnaire & PRA techniques) and Data Analysis, Preparation of Questionnaire for Survey work, conducting Action Research/Survey/Study independently and through team effort and Field Management in Programme implementation and Research initiatives

Maguni Charan Sahoo

MaguniCharanSahoo is a graduate in Anthropology, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA) under DDCE, Sambalpur University. He has about 20 years of diversified experience in working with Bilateral Multilateral, Govt and Non-Govt. Organizations. His sectoral experience includes Rural and Urban Development, Resettlement and Rehabilitation, Gender / Women’s Development, Skill Development & Livelihoods, Social Development, Monitoring, Evaluation
Prior to CTRAN, hewas associated with Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar as a documentation Officer. He is also proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Coral Draw, Illustrator, InDesign.

Gangadhar Acharya

Gangadhar a Postgraduate In Rural Development has over three decades of experience in conducting various social development research projects and in the field of research with primary and secondary data compilation. He has vast experience in conducting Quantitative and Qualitative studies in different parts of Orissa and other parts of the country. He has been actively involved in M&E projects of Health, R&R, Forestry, Socio-economic studies and Education etc. He has experience in coordination with the government officials for secondary data from various departments like Mining, Health, Panchayati Raj, Water Resources, education etc. He has also worked on various assignments with the bilateral agencies. Nabil is a Postgraduate in Environment Science and Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute ofEnvironment Education and Research, Pune.He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biosciences from University of Calcutta. The Expert has a brief experience in the field of environmental sciences and Natural Resources Management. Previously he has worked as an ESG Researcher focusing on research and analysis of sustainability of different organizations. He is presently involved as Team member for External Evaluation of Odisha Integrated Irrigation Project for Climate Resilient Agriculture and for SAPCC Haryana.

Prakash Panigrahi

Mr. PrakashPanigrahi has more than 3 decades of experience in public accounting, banking and private industry accounting. In CTRAN he is responsible preparing and submitting reports and filings in compliance with local government laws, providing assistance to program staff and project budget preparation, Internal audit, corporate taxation, financial statement preparation, as well as coordinating the firm’s audit and tax teams which handle year-end financial statements and tax work.
